made from sattu are cooling in nature plus nutritious too. It is a rich source of protein and fibers.
Having a low glycemic index, sattu is good for diabetics.

Serving – 2 Serve
•2 cup chilled water
•5 tblsp sattu powder
•1 medium size lemon
•1.5 tsp black salt
•1 tsp finely chopped chili (optional)
•2 tblsp finely chopped mint leaves
•2 tblsp finely chopped coriander leaves
•1 tsp roasted cumin seed powder
1) In a container, add sattu flour, finely chopped mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilli,
lemon juice, roasted cumin powder, black salt, and chilled water.Mix it properly.
2) Stir well to ensure the drink is uniform and lump free.
3) Pour the mixture in tall glasses. Add some ice cubes and serve.
